HOMEMADE GRANOLA

Have been making this on repeat! Has been so nice to have on hand after little Blakely arrived. Paired perfectly with your favorite yogurt and fresh fruit, especially fresh farmers market peaches!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of rolled oats

  • 1 1/2 cups of sliced almonds (or whatever nut you prefer)

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil

  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp of vanilla

Instructions:

  1. Mix oats, almonds, and cinnamon

  2. Microwave coconut oil until melted and mix with maple syrup

  3. Microwave for another 30 seconds and then whisk in vanilla

  4. Mix with the dry ingredients and then spread on a baking sheet

  5. Bake on 300 for 25-30 minutes

  6. Enjoy!
